Starting a business without much financial capital in an economy that recently went through a terrible recession is doubly hard. Yet, my husband and I never gave in to our frustration, fears and doubts. We were at the lowest point of our lives, yet, we knew we had nowhere else to go but up!
It was the height of the country’s worst recession. Both of us were employed by companies we thought were stable but unfortunately, we got sacked just like thousands of other Americans. Eventually, we found ourselves at our wits end with tons of bills piling up waiting to be paid. The worst part was we were on the verge of losing the home we both worked hard for all these years. I would stay up all night searching the net for any idea, inspiration, guide or tips on how we can get over this terrible time.
One night as I was browsing around the Internet, I came across a car rental in Costa Rica. Its name is Vamos Rent-A-Car, which means “let’s go” rent a car. What caught my interest were the many great reviews it was getting from its clients. I was intrigued, no doubt.
The company started its operation way back in 2004 when the owners were traveling to Costa Rica for the very first time. As you well know, Costa Rica offers a great number of fantastic, breathtaking locations to visit. Without a car, it can be quite difficult going from one place to another. They decided to rent a car. They wanted not just any car but specifically a 4 x 4 car. This is because the roads in Costa Rica are mostly damaged and hard to get through. Definitely a sedan is no match at all. Thus, they wanted a car that is dependable and cost-effective.
Costa Rica has so many car rental companies yet, no one can offer them what they wanted. Plus, most of the places they visited didn’t have good customer service. Because of their experience, the owners decided to start their very own car rental business. To be able to offer dependable service at a reasonable price was their main objective. In a span of 7 years, Vamos Rent a Car has become successful with so many customers satisfied and happy with their services.
